Begin by wiping cache partition

After installing beta 2, immediately wipe cache partition. This does not remove data, and it resolved the problems is been having with 3rd party apps as well as the blurry wallpaper issue. This should be done after any major OS update.

Actually, the better fix for the blur, originally suggested by @MochaVex:

" Settings > Accessibility > Visibility Enhancements > Reduce transparency and blur."

Clearing the Cache Partition is only a temporary fix for blur
