I don't believe that was a post responded to directly just somebody used a post of somebody asking when the third beta will be out and a moderator post provided info about roughly when to expect third beta, but a lot of people have to remember usually it goes South Korea and UK, then Germany and then about roughly 3 days to a week after the US gets it not right away like everyone thinks and panics when they don't get it
