Could not update any apps after the second beta release on 11/16

Once I cleared cache and cleared data on the play store app, i was able to update apps.

I was able to get rid of a lot of bugs by doing a factory reset. I know it is a pain to have to do a factory reset, but at least most of the bugs are gone and it is working a lot better now.
