Flashlight not working

I have an issue where I can't turn on the flash light it says it's used by other app for me to use it I have to go into the camera app and close it full manually and then the flash light works note i wasn't using the camera at all but for me to use the flash light as i said I had to go into the camera app and close it completely and then I try and the flash light works

If camera is open flash will not turn on. Otherwise working fine for me. It might be isolated issue. Restart your phone and try again.
