Yup, my lock screen clock is stuck on green. Cannot change the color.

Go to settings and remove LockStar and QuickStar, then you will be able to change the wallpaper clock color.

Uninstall the good lock modules and reboot. Should go back to normal.

They should be baked into the os....and not be a 3rd party app

Good Lock isn't a third party app it is made by Samsung and they don't bake it into the OS because then people would complain that it is taking up their memory for something they don't use
