Can we have the now bar on the home screen. Allow us to have it or disable it. Let notifications appear there or what we are doing or watching, listening to?

This is what I've been wanting from the now bar all along... Integration with At A Glance Widget or at least the ability to exist underneath it. Lockscreen is basically useless for those of us who don't use AOD, but home screen would be awesome.
