Mine is a 20 Ultra US unlocked. I did the clear cache, clear data, force stop and reboot. Still the issues remain the same: can't update can't install new apps.

I'm on AT&T Note20 Ultra Unlocked US seems like AT&T is last to the update party these days. I just hope they changed a few things. Especially video editor & 108mp camera software update.
