Random vibrating noise?

So if you have a random vibrating noise coming from your phone that won't stop till you close all your apps there's a work around. 

1. Go into settings

2. Sounds and vibration

3. System vibration

4. Turn off navigation, dial tone, touch interactions 

I did that and not had anymore issues with the noise.

It only happens when using the application of What's App
