Update screen back

It finally came back after a restart of the phone

I did 5 full power-off & restarts. Nothing. Whatever.

I didn't notice that it was gone. Just checked and it's there.

After I did google play update in About phone.... it was missing couple times after reboot, but then I realized after few sec it comes up with delay, but that was first day haven't had issue since

Still missing for me, restarting or powering phone off does not help. Also Google All services - >System services had several updates available including including play services and mainline. Was able to update all but mainline, as it happened several times before. Restarting the phone and removing updates doesn't help
