After downloading beta 3 and restarting the phone, it stays at 25% loading the One UI and gives that error, it restarts and opens normally in beta 2

I cleaned cache and it stays the same , I have not made factory reset

Hello,

If the issue persists after factory reset, then we also recommend you to stop by the service center for full backup as the software may have been corrupted (we've seen some devices' during the Beta due to customization). However, please submit your error report for us to analyze further.
