When I turn on Samsung TV plus I can only get Channel 1000 Movie Hub.  When I click down on the remote twice, the channel guide isn't showing.  How do I get the channel guide to show on the Samsung TV plus.  It works on all of my Samsung TV's except for my UA65AU9000WXZW.  Please help!

Your TV is not connected to the Internet, or the network signal is unstable, making it impossible to obtain channel guide data.
Your TV is not updated to the latest firmware version or has some system errors that prevent the channel guide from functioning properly.
Your TV is not set to the time and date correctly, or the correct region is not selected, resulting in mismatched channel guide information.

1. Press Settings on your Samsung Television Remote
2. Scroll down to "Broadcasting"
3. Tab over to "Auto Program"
4. Select Air/Cable as your preferred type
5. The Television will scan for New Channels and Samsung TV Plus Channels that are available to you based on your region (Ie: Canada, USA, or other country)

You can also try this:

1. Press Settings on your Samsung Television
2. Tab down to "Network"
3. Tab over to "Network"
4. Select Network Status" (See if your connected to your Network)

Also try Disconnecting from your Network. Perform a rescan of your Television Channels while being Disconnected from your Network.

***The Network Guide WILL WORK without a Network Connection***
