hello
I have a Samsung laptop model NP-RV520
it has on it an official version ! of windows 7 home.
i want to upgrade the windows 7 to 10 via Microsoft website.
the problem is that the upgrading stopped by showing me this message
"the next device is not compatibility whit windows 10
Intel (r) HD Graphics Family
this may cause display problems
please connect to the manufacture of your laptop"
SO I tried to find Samsung email and I didn't find it.
what do I need to do so that the upgrading will succeed ?

Computers@userGh3JGXKyoC I would be happy to look into this for you. Could you please provide the full model code and serial number via this link?

ComputersThat translates to:
if we let you install windows 10, you wont see anything on your screen. Windows doesn't know how to talk to your family of video cards.
If you want a headless unit, I can think of many better options, but you have two options, you could take it somewhere that can switch out the card for one that windows can recognize, or you can stick with "the better windows". I actually "like" Windows 7 more.(Windows XP was where the party's at, but that's another story)
