There is a setting to turn off auto restart. I did that and am still having the issue. "Auto optimization" in Device Care. In settings.

You're working your phone too hard, delete old unwanted emails unused apps, all the junk stuff you don't need. It might be telling you something, try restarting yourself daily. Not to be confused with a factory restart
