Hello all, thanks for reaching out about Samsung News widget not loading. First, have you tried clearing your device's cache partition? The steps are:
 - Power off your device.
 - While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
 - Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.

Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:

 - Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
 - Select yes to confirm.
 - Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.

If this doesn't improve behavior for the Samsung News widget, you can try a factory reset. Be careful to back up everything you wish not to lose beforehand, and follow the guide carefully: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is ineffective, submit an error report, so this can be looked at further, via the Samsung Members app: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
