Suggestion - Option to keep media player extended

Suggestion - add an option to keep the media player extended especially with the new One Ui 6 media player.

The current media player in the notification menu is small by default. When there are no notifications, it should extend by default. When you hit the expand button, it goes back small after you close the panel.
