I had to do a factory reset on my phone. So I backed up my text messages. After the reset, I can't reload the messages. Do anyone know how to fix this ?
Seeing as how you are not forthcoming with any details, such as what device you are coming from, I am going to assume it is a device that has both Samsung and Google messages. Try locating the Samsung messages app (speech buble with 3 horizontal dots) and see if your messages are in there. I have done this in the past and found that they do not seem to transfer to google messages for whatever reason, but do transfer to Samsung Messages.
