Can't drag and drop apps anymore

Hello,

Does this happen on your Home Screen? If so, click on any empty space of your screen and hold your finger, then click Settings, make sure that the option: Lock Home Screen is off (gray color).

No, it happens on home screen and other screens, started right after the last update

I have the same problem after update.

If I press and hold an app, the screen starts jerking.
