Performance issues after recent update

I'm not sure what's going on but since recent upgrade, week of 3/21, my browsers would take about 1-2 min+ to load. Severe issues overall.
Restarted my phone several times, ran through maintenence and performance checks, my storages is not even a quarter of the way used up, closed all apps, everything that I would suspect would slow performance .
Thoughts?

How to keep your Galaxy phone from slowing down

Samsung phone freezes or crashes

You can run diagnostics on the hardware of the phone through the Members app. Members App>Support>Phone Diagnostics

We are also including a link for troubleshooting network issues, as the poor network connection can cause slow performance. Issues with mobile network connection

We recommend submitting error reports when experiencing slow performance to provide data logs to the developers.

Finally, if all troubleshooting fails, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
