Setting up a TV previously configured in Smart Hub in SmartThings

Can I set up a TV, such as a a Samsung UN32H5500AFXZA LED Smart TV with software version 2240, which is what I have that was previously configured in Smart Hub, in SmartThings? I'm trying to do this on a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, with OneUI Core version 5.1, Android version 13, and I also have a Roku Premiere 3920X with software version 12.5.5, build 4174.91.
