There was a pin set for the Internet app to go to the browser on my Samsung television. The regular default pin, *0000* does not work for the specific app and so I’m looking for help on how to reset it.

If you are still not able to reset the pin I would recommend factory resetting your TV. Also, you can call in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864 and ask for our remote management team to help get it reset.
