Samsung A34 Whatsapp Images and Videos not displayed in Gallery

Hello all,

My father has a Samsung A34 with Android 13 on it and I cannot see the pictures and videos in Gallery app. I see them only in File Manager under Android - Media - Whatsapp.

I tried removing .nomedia file from Whatsapp Images folder but I see no such file. I already enabled to see hidden files. Also in Whatsapp the option to see media in gallery is On. Any other idea how to solve this?

Grant permissions. Clear cache.

The problem was the folders were somehow hidden in Gallery.
