If a scam on Bluetooth shows LE couldn't connect may need an app message appears, how do I figure out what LE it is when all it has is a model number or some type of number without a title to what it actually is I don't know how to figure out what LE it is. Please help π₯Ί

Have you tried connecting any Bluetooth devices to the phone or are you trying to use an S Pen with the phone?
