API to upload photos directly to the Frame or USB ?

I would like to upload photos directly to the Frame TV, from a computer on my home network.

I am a computer programmer, and can easily do so, if someone can point me to the API for how to do it, which I have searched for, but cant seem to find

On my Hisense I have an app that can link to my Samsung photo app for a small fee or you can use quickshare to mirror your phone but not sure how to save those after
