Smart Things App washer detergent scan

Is there a list of approved detergents that will actually scan? I have scanned over a dozen detergents at a few different grocery stores (different sizes, brands and types) and none of them worked.

No, I am trying to use the scan detergent option in the SmartThings app connected to my washer. I have the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ 4.6 cu. ft. Large Capacity Washer with Flex Auto Dispense and 7.6 cu. ft. Electric Dryer in Brushed Black (WH46DBH500EVA3). It uses liquid detergent. The path is as follows: 

AUTO DISPENSER->DISPENSER 1->SCAN DETERGENT (which it then opens the camera to read a barcode of detergent bottle). 
but it gives me an error stating following:

Couldn't scan detergent/softener

This detergent or softener isn't supported by the scan feature.
