TabletsSame issue with new A9+ on OneUI 6.0 Android 14. Tried increasing sensitivity for screen protector even though I'm not using one. Also tried toggling off and then on again double tap to wake in Advanced Settings > Accessibility. If I repetitively tap very hard in multiple locations I can get it to wake but it's very poor usability. Currently using the on/off button. Will Samsung address this issue or do we all need to return these new devices which contain an obvious bug? I'm also concerned about the possibility of screen burn if these are stuck on OneUI 6.0 which has no pixel shifting for Amoled screens.

TabletsAsk all employees to launch Samsung Members app, select Support at bottom right, select Error Reports, select "Sensor/Touch," submit description of problem (failure to wake up on double tap) and send log. Bug reports are prioritized by number received. This is clearly a firmware screen sensitivity issue impacted by lower power mode when in standby. Also within the Support section of the Members app, you can run tablet diagnostics and test the Touch Screen. I suspect it will test normal. I believe this is an underlying firmware/software problem.
