I dropped a barrette behind the lint filter and it jammed the scroll wheel or something of that nature and gave me the 'check filter' error symbol and wouldn't start. First I unplugged it, then removed the barrette, cleaned everything and then restarted it. Same error. Didn't start. I then took it completely apart and checked all of the fuses for continuity. The heat fuse on the blower arm failed, so I replaced it as well as the Thermistor thinking it had as well. Then I reassembled everything. Same result. I think I need to digitally clear the memory. Does anyone know how to do this? It would save me several hundreds of dollars as a single Mom and probably a very simple fix. THANKS ALL! -- Britt M.
