But there wasn't an official release date, so I don't see how a delay would apply. I think it would be better to say that beta 2 has now officially been in release longer than beta 1, which is unusual in beta releases.
Every one of your points is accurate. Ice is one of a couple of very reliable sources of information on Samsung. This particular bit of information may be incorrect. It is also being used and shared across other Android message boards, precisely because of this individual's accuracy over many years. Thought some on here might find it interesting.
There is a new beta version number visible on servers. People were expecting it to be the next release. I assume that's what Ice is speaking to. Many were expecting a release any day now.
