This can't be stated enough. Even if something exciting is being added to the beta 3 that will be a feature in the final release, I want it all functioning first off. Candy can be sweet and all until it becomes really sour.

Yes and when you open the members you'll see a notice under beta notices on the main screen

Why even say it's delayed? Samsung never gave a date for its's release.

Samsung could've had an internal release date but decided to delay it because of an issue. Just because it was not released to the public doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
