After the update, it keeps on using location non stop

I turned off allow all the time for all apps and still system app are now using location all the time, earlier it would turn off few seconds after I close my apps. Now even all the apps are closed and still location being used al the time by system apps even when screen is locked.

Anyone else facing this?

That's exactly what changed. The location constantly staying on. If you really don't need location why leave it on? Just turn it on when needed. People that lazy now days? Can't just do simple things. Everything has be at their convience

1. Who said I don't have a use for location services? A lot of apps quite literally don't function properly without them.
2. Why should we have to modify the settings of our device to literally cripple certain services for a change, let alone not being explained, wasn't even in the changelog?
3. Where is your depth of knowledge that confirms this is intended behavior as opposed to a bug coming from? Location services have existed for many years on all Android skins - never has constantly pinging home been anything but a bug. What's fundamentally changed in OneUi 7 Beta 6 that changes this?
4. Do you believe the point of operating system updates is to make using the device *less* convenient for the users, that users who expect explanations for bugs are "lazy", etc. - or are you just that desperate to defend your "It's common sense" stance with absolutely no evidence to back it up that you're resorting to insults totally unrelated to the topic at hand?

There's clearly someone in this conversation lacking in common sense and it's not me.

Even when third-party app permissions are set to "While using the app" or "Never," certain system services (like Google Play Services, Weather, or Continuity Services) may continue limited background location usage for core functions. However, the increase in persistent location activity you're describing—especially while the device is idle—does appear abnormal and is being investigated.

If you haven't already, we encourage you to submit an error report through Samsung Members with system logs attached, so we can better identify the root cause.

Same issue on the S24 Ultra One UI 7 official release. "Being used by System apps" 100% of the time. Really annoying, and even more frustrating is that this was reported weeks ago and released in the final build.
