Ally Auto will not launch

I cannot launch Ally Auto. It just says the app needs an update and referrs me to Google Play store to update. My app is on the most updated version, 5.0.5.

I only use the app once a month to make a payment. 

Anyone else having a similar issue? 

Any suggestions?

Some apps may not work with an "unofficial" release (which is what a beta is).


Might reach out to the author of "Ally" and ask.

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore some secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.

Yeah, I expected some things to have issues. Just wanted to see if any others had similar experience and send info into Samsung. Hopefully it can help.

Also having this issue with Citi corporate cards. My guess is because it's unofficial software
