My always on display doesn't seem to be using the auto brightness feature correctly. It's seems MUCH brighter at night, and doesn't appear to adapt to lighting. I had to turn it over on my nightstand the other night because it was so bright.
quick effort: toggle off the auto brightness then toggle it back on. restart your phone if that doesn't fix it. my auto brightness works fine with AOD.
