Anybody else notice the animation are more smooth. Especially pulling the Notification tray down

NO !! it's worst. beta 1 was way better in animations.

I agree. The animations look terrible with the closing of an app falling down to the bottom of the screen.

Animations are smoother for me as well. I cleared cache and repaired apps, as I recommend after an update
