Anyone else having issues with pop up notifications not showing?

I have all my settings turned on, but whenever I receive a text or FB message, I get no heads up, just a vibration. Anyone else?

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screenrecording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
