App update with system update

yeah mine was like that as well it's a new feature they're trying instead of having to do software update and then restart, then check Play Store & Galaxy Store for app updates... compatible apps now have an option with the software update if there will be an update change to do it at the same time, convenient but overall still check for app updates myself regularly
