Your phone wasn't on the list to use the beta. Not all carriers give permission to use beta software.

To fix the Google Play Store not working, try these steps:

  1. Restart Your Device:

    • Sometimes a simple restart resolves connectivity issues.
  2. Check Internet Connection:

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection, either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  3. Clear Cache and Data:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
  4. Update Google Play Store:

    • Check for updates by going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store and selecting Update.
  5. Check Date and Time Settings:

    • Go to Settings > System > Date & Time and make sure itā€™s set to automatic.
  6. Remove and Re-add Google Account:

    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Google > select your account and tap Remove account. Re-add your account afterward.
  7. Reset App Preferences:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Reset app preferences.
  8. Check for System Updates:

    • Go to Settings > System > System Update to ensure your device software is up to date.
  9. Factory Reset (Last Resort):

    • If all else fails, you may need to perform a factory reset. Backup your data first, then go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory data reset.

These steps should help resolve most issues with the Google Play Store.
