So far it's been smooth sailing, no issues that I could find, but my battery seems to be draining a little faster than with UI 6. What's been your guys' experience?

1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition and run galaxy booster from good guardians and report this issue to samsung, so they can see what's eating the battery
