Ok so "color theme" for me so far is great, it blends in and changes the color of some widgets so far like Google Clock, It also changes the keyboard base on colors chosen, the quick panel also, the contact name icons

Make sure you have Google clock version 7. You can get it from apk mirror if it's not showing up on the play store

Update: After a longer usage of the color theme I now see that it's not working properly because it changes the color to random colors and blur out some backgrounds
