Has anyone else had issues with the touch screen responsiveness on beta 8?

The only problem I've seen with Beta 8 is when you unlock your phone with your finger print, you never know when you're going to get the Abismal "swipe to unlock" because instead of unlocking with your fingerprint, sometimes the screen stays completely dark and you find yourself trying your fingerprint several times including tapping the screen several times a bit on the hard side trying to get the screen to turn on so you can see the print sensor.

prior to beta 8, when you try to unlock your phone, periodically under the sensor, the words would appear telling you to "swipe to unlock"

this is really annoying not having the words appear when they want you to swipe instead of your print.

the only other thing I've noticed with this beta is sometimes when you go to tap, say a program icon, instead of opening, the screen scrolls forcing you to try again until you can do it without it scrolling.

never had that problem from tapping before.

Mine still randomly tells me to swipe to unlock randomly, as it always has. So I'm not experiencing the issue you report, nor the tap-scroll issue.
