Beta One U I 5 watch not lagging as much on beta

I feel like my watch seems to be running better not sure how not lagging as much anybody else on the program getting better

There's a update to the health app on the watch beta.
To get the update go like your going into the beta forums but only scroll down till it show the watch manager beta app and the health Beta app. Hit the health beta app and you'll see the update.
It's the only way to check is at that spot. It wont show up another way.

I don't have the beta option on my phone even though I have beta on my watch. I got the beta by using Google fi trial then got rid of it. Any way to see the update for the health app?
