Can't access beta features ie forums or feedback cause account has changed please help

Please note I already have 6.0 installed did a factory reset on my.phone now can't access beta forums or feedback on members app

Probably should have factory reset before joining the beta program. Never heard of anyone doing a reset after joining a beta.

I have the beta one ui 6 and after the last update the download speed on the phone is super slow

I don't know what changed on the account that is blocking me from the beta forums I have checked my account nothing has changed since I did the phone reset
