Are you trying to access is through the Samsung Members App? Make sure you have the App and when you open it you should see this!

I know, thank you but it's not there for me. I only have 3 things there to swipe between and it's not one of them. Yours shows 5 banners, I only have 3 and I check for Samsung members app update also and nothing in store.

Ughhh! Send in a report then! Take screenshots. They do listen. I wasn't able to post on the Beta forum until I showed them it doesn't work. Well it is all fixed so notify them!

Same thing for me. Watch 5 Pro. Members App is up to date. Only 3 options on the banner. Watch up to date. I'm in the US.
