Beta program issue

I recently enrolled and downloaded the beta software but my cellphone broke and had do do the exchange program. Now that I got new device it won't allowed me to add beta version to new device I received because I can only have one device per samsung member account. 

What can I do ?

You didn't have to do that I have I have the s23 ultra and I had the beta version I had way too many problems with it but anyway if you have Smart switch in your phone and you have it on your laptop it'll revert back to Android 13 for you real easy to do that's what I did took about half hour just make sure you back up your phone
