I have enrolled numerous times and the update still won't pop up. What am I doing wrong?

You're checking for the update manually in your Settings (Software update), correct? Try switching to mobile data or toggling airplane mode. Clear data of Samsung Members in Settings>Apps>Samsung Members>Storage>Clear data.

Nothing again sadly. I saw a video about the process and after you enroll and press OK there is a pop up that says something about waiting 10 minutes. That is what isn't popping up for me. It seems like the enrollment isn't going through to begin with

Please direct message the beta mod below. They should be able to give you an answer as to why this might be happening, and possibly offer a solution.
