Bluetooth calls and Ford Sync

This is not a new issue, but I had hoped it would have been resolved in this update. When my watch is connected to my phone, and the phone is connected to my 2020 Ford F-150, I can make calls without any issues. However, if someone calls me, I cannot hear them, and they cannot hear me until I switch the call from Bluetooth to the phone's speaker. I have an S23 Ultra and the Watch 6 Classic. Any ideas?
