I am having a bluetooth problem. My headphones show they are connected but, I have no sound. I have to restart my phone to fix it. I did try turning Bluetooth off and on and it didn't fix it. No error report popped up to send.

Have you checked your Media Output, in your Notification Panel? Make sure it's connected and volume level? Screenshot_20220825_012010_Samsung Members.jpgScreenshot_20220825_012003_Samsung Members.jpg

Hello,

Please try steps below to see if it helps.
1. Turn off Bluetooth
2. Go to settings > apps > Click on arrow next "Your apps" > Select show system apps and press ok
3. Go to Bluetooth app > storage and clear data and cache.
4. Turn on Bluetooth

Please note this will remove your existing devices and may need pairing them back.
