When is samsing going to release a bug fix patch? My phone is getting worse every day and now I have to restart my phone 5 times in a row just to use the keyboard for 10 minutes
My phone has been ok, except for the crappy transitions..... Until today. It has been 1 week since I installed beta and I have had 5 random restarts in the last 2 hours.
We cannot speculate on exact release date for next s/w update. It is most likely going to be next week. We are sorry about issues you are facing with beta s/w. we would recommend you try out safe mode first for a few hours to see if it helps. If it doesn't, in worst case scenario back up your device and perform a master reset.
Press and hold thePower buttonandVolume down button(right edge) until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release.
Touch and holdPower offuntil the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release.
To confirm, tapSafe mode

Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock / Home screen.
