I had the same exact thing happen since installing the Beta software. I'd show full bars, but my phone would either be (searching) or say emergency calls only. Texts and calls would not go through. I fixed my issue by converting my Sim card to an esim. This was happening many times a day and I had to restart my phone each and every time it happened, but since converting to an esim 3 days ago I haven't had this happen since.
Please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
