The Samsung camera app's transitioning animation feels a little clunky. I feel like I miss out on some moments trying to open the camera up just to take photos. A smoother and faster transition would be better.

I'd suggest you :

(phone) Settings > Developer Options
Set these values to 0.5 (see screenshot)
