DiscussionsI just switched carriers on my S23 Ultra, but didn't disenroll from the UI 6 beta program first. Now when I try to disenroll I just get a message that I'm not able to access any beta features because my service provider has changed. When I try to use SmartSwitch to downgrade to the release version, it just hangs at 100% forever and does not reset my phone. Is there any way Samsung can disenroll me from their end? The beta lock-in prevents a few of the apps I like to use tell me that I'm on a non-supported version and won't work properly (Google Wallet as an example). This is ridiculous that a carrier change prevents you from leaving a program and leaves your phone locked into a beta program that may or may not be completely supported by the new service provider. One would think it would just auto-remove you from the program and make you join again, if possible.
