Cannot get into the camera setting menu

While on the phone, if I hit the settings camera settings button, the camera closes.

Please try clearing data and cache of camera app in settings -> apps -> camera. If issue persists, please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. As suggested,, cleared cache & data. It still does not allow access to camera settings while on a phone call. Error report issued.
